Job summary

Holiday Inn Portland Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations. Night Audit shifts are available, offering evenings or overnight opportunities.

You'll provide outstanding service, manage payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to keep operations running smoothly while adhering to IHG brand standards and safety procedures. Join a team that values diversity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills; hotel front desk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-ins and check-outs, and assist with reservations.
• Answer questions, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and protect guest information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to keep hotel operations running smoothly.
• Follow IHG brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
• Night Audit: Complete nightly financial reports, reconcile daily transactions, monitor overnight hotel activity, and assist with setting up the morning breakfast buffet as needed.
