Job summary

Holiday Inn Portland Airport, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a courteous Front Desk Associate to greet guests, check them in and out, answer phones, and assist with reservations. You’ll be the first smile guests see and set the tone for their stay.

We value friendly service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and a valid Oregon Food Handlers Card are required; prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Welcomes guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Handles check-ins/outs efficiently and accurately.
• Provides information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
