Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Front Desk or Guest Service leadership.
• Experience in hotel operations; IHG familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver consistent service.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure front desk procedures, security, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support efficient service.
• Oversee night audit and daily financial reporting.
• Manage reservations, billing, and guest transactions securely.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned and respond to incidents.
• Assist with budgeting, labor costs, and occupancy optimization.
• Address guest concerns and drive service recovery.
