Grand Pacific Resorts at Hanalei Bay Resort in Princeville, HI is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, check guests in and out, and assist owners and associates with inquiries.

The part-time role requires professional telephone etiquette, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Formación

• Detail oriented and professional.
• 1+ years related hospitality experience.
• Professional telephone etiquette required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests/owners in and out of the resort and answer questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone or in person.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from guests/owners.
• Communicate effectively with guests, owners, supervisors and associates.
• Resolve complaints calmly and effectively.
• Obtain/confirm guest information, assign rooms, distribute keys.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage when needed.
• Deliver guest request items to/from rooms as required.
• Maintain a professional and ethical approach and uphold company standards.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record and adhere to policies.
