Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, hotel, or hospitality preferred.

• Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
• Provide personalized recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest reservations, profiles, and confidential information.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest payments and billing adjustments in accordance with policies.
