Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet state age requirements.
• Must obtain and maintain any required food handler certifications.
• Experience using restaurant reservation platforms such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to keep the dining room flowing.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and introduce servers.
• Communicate wait times clearly and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with Hosts, Servers, and Leadership to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Record guest preferences and special requests for service teammates.
• Maintain a polished host stand and greeting area.
