Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Atlantic City seeks a Front Desk Representative to welcome guests and own their experience, creating WOW moments during their stay.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, promote M life benefits, coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments, and ensure accurate charges and secure guest information. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; a High School diploma and guest service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide memorable service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, including walk-ins.
• Promote MGM Resorts M life enrollment and benefits.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.
• Ensure correct charges and handle payments per cash handling procedures.
• Control and issue keys while maintaining guest privacy and security.
• Perform other duties as requested.
