Job summary

MGM Resorts Atlantic City is hiring a Front Desk Representative to welcome guests and tailor service to each guest’s story, delivering WOW moments that guests remember long after their stay. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing charges and payments, promoting M life enrollment, coordinating with housekeeping, and maintaining guest privacy and security throughout the stay.

• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family with memorable service.
• Manage check-ins/outs, walk-ins, and guest arrivals.
• Promote M life enrollment and benefits to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requests.
• Process charges and payments, and balance cash and cash equivalents.
• Protect guest keys, privacy, and confidentiality while ensuring a smooth experience.
