The role requires a proactive, responsive, and caring attitude, with the ability to adapt to a 24/7 operation and flexible scheduling. A valid driver’s license is required. Concord emphasizes a respectful, inclusive culture and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and programs (travel programs, special offers).
• Communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
