• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.

• Communicate with departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Be part of a 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling.
