Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in/check-out and provide information about hotel services.
• Answer questions and help guests with local area information to enhance their stay.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Promote hotel programs and upsell services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
