Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Agent for the Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown. You will welcome guests, check in/out, and provide courteous service to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service are required.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and use the reservation system.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments with cash handling and card authorizations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to support requests and maintenance.
• Assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations.
• Prepare for group arrivals and departures.
• Deliver the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
