Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to hotel/resort employees.
• Assist with day-to-day HR department operations and duties.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist recruiting efforts and onboarding events.
• Lead diversity outreach and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Create and distribute internal communications documents.
• Update postings and communications venues across the resort.
• Help plan employee initiatives, meetings, and events.
• Process reports, invoices, and related mail promptly.
• Support HR activities including training materials and pulse surveys.
• Stay current with employment laws and HR policies.
