Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires professional appearance, strong customer service, and fluency in English. You will handle cash transactions, post charges, and assist guests with inquiries in a fast-paced environment at our on-site front desk.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, reservations, or hotel cashiering experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify reservation information, check guests in/out, and secure payment.
• Orient guests to the hotel and provide information as requested.
• Maintain cash bank and process cashier transactions and deposits accurately.
• Post guest charges to hotel accounts and handle cashiering duties.
• Sell and redeem hotel gift certificates to guests.
