The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask while promoting hotel services. Weekend availability may be required for this position.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typing and computer aptitude required.
• Interpersonal, reading, writing and basic math skills essential.

Aufgaben

• Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Process guest check-outs and payments per policies.
• Respond to guest requests and promote hotel services and outlets.
• Assist with reservations and VIP arrivals; coordinate with reservation center as needed.
• Handle departmental accounting, postings, and cashiering tasks; prepare deposits.
