M&R Hotel Management is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Guest Service Agent in New York to deliver warm, efficient service from check-in to check-out. You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing requests with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and conduct accurate check-in and check-out.
• Verify IDs, process payments, and issue room keys per security policies.
• Communicate room types, rates, amenities, and hotel policies clearly to guests.
• Handle early arrivals, late check-outs, upgrades, and special requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints; escalate when needed.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations using the hotel PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
