This role includes night audit duties, meticulous cash handling, and daily PMS tasks, along with interdepartmental coordination with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, verify IDs, communicate room types and policies, manage early arrivals/late check-outs.
• Guest Relations & Service Excellence: Be the primary contact for guest inquiries, resolve complaints, anticipate needs, respond via multiple channels, promote amenities.
