• Respond to guest requests and take appropriate action.
• Manage guest billing and cash transactions per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, events, and local attractions.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with departments for VIPs.
