Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet and assist guests, check them in, manage room assignments, handle payments, and coordinate communications via the PMS system. You will respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and support breakfast and luggage duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. Knowledge of PMS systems is preferred, with opportunities across full- and part-time schedules and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Handle payments and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Transmit messages via phone or PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints and escalate when needed.
• Balance accounts and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Maintain focus on guest satisfaction and safety standards.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
