Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Springhill Suites Tampa - Land OLakes, FL. Full-time position with a hourly rate of $15.00 and flexible shifts.

You'll check guests in/out, handle payments, answer questions, promote hotel services, and support reservations. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong typing and computer aptitude.

Responsibilities include up-selling, processing charges, resolving issues, and maintaining guest satisfaction with professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Process guest payments according to established policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest requests promptly; promotes hotel services, facilities and outlets.
• Resolve guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer; inform supervisor of major problems.
• Books guest reservations or coordinates with reservation center.
• Handles departmental accounting of moneys, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit; posts charges; prepares deposits.
• Issues, controls and releases guest safe-deposit boxes.
