Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and general inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
