Gatlinburg River Inn in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to be the first and lasting impression of the property. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries, and provide local recommendations to guests.

The role requires a high school diploma and about 1 year of front desk or customer-facing experience; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; compensation $15.00-$17.00 per hour with benefits under AATMOS Hospitality.

• 1 year of hotel front desk, guest services, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality reflecting the property.
• Perform check-in and check-out tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Share local recommendations on Gatlinburg attractions, dining, and activities.
• Inform guests of amenities such as pool, breakfast, and laundry.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Upsell offerings and assist VIP guests as needed.
