Job summary

Responsibilities

• Balance and prepare shift paperwork for closing.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate Front Desk computer system proficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
