Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in Hospitality or equivalent.
• Understand hotel function and guest profiles.
• Knowledge of local area including restaurants, landmarks and attractions.
• Proficient with e-mails, MS Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and associates upon contact in a professional manner.
• Check-in/Check-out guests and assist with reservations.
• Assist with escorting guests to rooms and other hotel areas as needed.
• Manage multiple phone calls, emails and requests.
• Promote hotel services and anticipate guest needs to boost satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to management.
