Vision Hospitality Group LLC is hiring a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to deliver outstanding service at our Cincinnati property. The role supports check-in/check-out, handles guest requests with urgency, and acts as the information hub for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Guest Service Representative consistently delivers outstanding customer service to each guest.
• Must be able to report to scheduled shifts and communicate effectively in writing, by telephone, and in person.
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote internal growth programs and live by the company culture.
• Meet or exceed company goals and metrics.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate.
• Have knowledge of hotel systems including PBX, PMS, and key card systems.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability.
