OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and support a seamless stay. You will handle reservations using the property’s system and ensure accurate financial transactions while upholding integrity.

As part of a hospitality-focused team, you’ll anticipate guest needs, collaborate closely with colleagues, and contribute to a guest-centric culture across the property. This role is onsite and fast-paced.
