Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, verify credits, note special requests.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Resolve guest issues to WOW the guest experience.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Interact with staff professionally; assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain house bank and follow posting procedures.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
