Job summary

Boston Marriott Newton, a premier property within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes with warmth and efficiency.

You will provide local information, resolve issues to WOW guests, promote hotel programs, and collaborate with hotel staff. A high school diploma and strong communication are required; weekend/holiday availability is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, ensuring proper credit and accurate information.
• Provide exceptional guest service and promote hotel programs.
• Be a source of local information and assist other departments as needed.
• Resolve issues to WOW guests and maintain house bank procedures.
• Communicate essential details to the manager on duty.
