Boston Marriott Newton, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Night Auditor to join the Front Desk team. The role requires handling check-ins, guest inquiries, and local information while ensuring accuracy and security during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional guest service, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The position is based on-site with overnight hours and opportunities to grow within a global hospitality network.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Check guests in and register guests, providing accurate information about the hotel and local area.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain night audit procedures and generate daily/weekly reports; handle charges, cashing checks, refunds, and safe deposits.
• Understand and follow all emergency procedures and policies.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am.If you are a detail-oriented person who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you!
