Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume workload.
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software (Opera preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with payment processing and issuing keys during check-in/out.
• Answer phone calls and online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing events and meetings as needed.
• Address guest complaints gracefully and resolve issues.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
