Macy’s in Hawaii seeks an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless shopping experience, support BOPS and returns, and ensure a welcoming store environment. You’ll handle multiple tasks, engage customers with hospitality, and help achieve sales goals in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with full-time or part-time hours and a strong emphasis on outstanding customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Makes prompt, sound decisions in real time to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues
• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and personalized shopping experience through At Your Service activities such as BOPS, merchandise returns, and order pickups
• Support the team with strong multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail while upholding Macy’s service standards
• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment and ensure the collection area is organized for a friction-free pickup experience
• Maintain a clean, inviting shopping space and help close transactions using required systems
• Contribute to a positive, customer-first environment and represent Macy’s with genuine hospitality
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities
