• Comfortable handling credit accounts and explaining loyalty benefits.
• Willing to learn store policies and safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, returns, and order pickups in store.
• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and curbside services.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and related systems.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty benefits and answer customer questions.
