Qualifications

• Experience as a Guest Experience Agent in a hotel or high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them, handling input, room rate, and keys.
• Assist guests with check-out, process payments, and handle different forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, room types, and local area details.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely.
• Receive, relay messages and handle guest communications.
