Target is hiring for a Small Format Team Member in Los Angeles. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, stocking and merchandising, and supporting various store operations.

You’ll greet guests, assist with needs, and help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. This position requires a welcoming attitude, ability to operate scanners and handheld devices, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment with varying shifts, including nights

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Help guests as you complete workload with minimal disruption.
• Work in all departments to keep the floor stocked and presentable.
• Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Backroom audits and safety/compliance duties as required.
