Job summary

Target is seeking a Small Format Team Member in the Los Angeles area to greet guests, stock merchandise, and provide exceptional service on the sales floor. You will learn the store layout, assist guests with inquiries, and support price accuracy while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires the ability to work in a busy setting, flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak times, and collaboration with team members to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail business fundamentals including pricing, promotions, inventory management, and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide helpful service.
• Thank guests and reinforce that Target is their shopping destination.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising across departments to keep floors full and signed.
