• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and assist with needs at the 10ft and 4ft zones
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering and help guests enroll or use these features
