Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet and assist guests, ensure a smooth shopping experience, and end each transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and promoting promotions and loyalty programs.
• Know and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and login as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, maintaining safety and food handling standards.
• Support order pickup, Drive-Up orders, and drive-up returns and ensure compliance with policies.
