Job summary

You will help guests enroll in loyalty programs, explain Target App features, and handle scanning, bagging, and basic returns while upholding safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience welcoming and helping guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and store tech to assist guests.
