Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with purchases in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience while promoting loyalty programs and store services.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Training is provided to learn store processes, promos, and the Target App features.
