Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty and use the Target App.
• Assist with Drive Up / Order Pick Up and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
