Job summary

Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat & Conference Center is seeking part‑time guest experience representatives to support our check‑in desk, store, and online reservations. Flexible fill‑in positions offered, ranging from a few days to a couple of weeks, designed to fit around your schedule.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, clear communication, and computer literacy in a collaborative, off‑the‑grid cooperative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service abilities.
• Computer literacy – Google Suite is a must.
• Organizational skills – ability to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to work closely and constructively with a team.
• Ability to sit at a desk for 8‑hour shifts.
• Ability to effectively switch between tasks.
• Ability to listen carefully to resolve guest issues within our policies using diplomacy and kindness.
