Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests find what they need, answer questions, and provide a friendly checkout experience. You’ll promote benefits, assist with app enrollment, and keep the store clean and welcoming for all visitors.

This role requires strong communication, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work with handheld scanners and other devices in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Customer service mindset focused on helping guests.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with using store tech like handheld scanners and apps.
