Job summary

Global Partners LP, a Fortune 500 company with 90+ years of experience, seeks a Guest Service Associate in Wilton, CT. You will greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while supporting store operations and completing routine tasks.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and assisting management with vendor coordination and daily duties. A flexible schedule and basic computer skills are required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills to perform POS and paperwork tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Ability to work outdoors or in cooler environments as needed.
• Physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and complete tasks promptly.
• Ability to read/write and complete required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks and replenish products.
• Communicate guest requests to management and coordinate with vendors.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Minor safety procedures for knife use by minors where applicable.
