Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Milford, CT. You will greet guests, operate the register, and ensure the store runs smoothly with housekeeping, stocking, and inventory checks. Flexible hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll support store operations, assist with vendor check-ins, and follow safety and quality policies to deliver an excellent guest experience. We promote diversity and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to operate point of sale and handle cash.
• Comfort with basic computer functions.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock levels.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
