Job summary

SPR Operator LLC in Spring, TX seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and complete store-level tasks. You will greet guests, assist shoppers, and uphold safety and quality standards while operating the POS and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a positive shopping experience for all.
• Follow safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards; manage cash and associated duties.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Restock products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors as directed.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Support onboarding and training for new Guest Service Associates.
