Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while handling store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cleanliness, replenish products, and support vendor coordination and inventory projects.

The role requires flexibility for day/evening hours and weekends, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided as part of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required to work shifts.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policy.
• Operate the POS per company standards and manage cash and lottery/tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish stock to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
