Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and lottery, and uphold safety and quality standards.

This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend or holiday shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. We offer competitive salaries, 401k with match and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to store policies on safety, security, quality and operations.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
