Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to ensure a top-notch guest experience, assist with store-level tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and support vendor communications as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekends and holidays, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer functions required.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and check in vendors.
