Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support daily store operations. You will greet customers, assist with purchases at the POS, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.

The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation. You will help maintain inventory, support vendor interactions, and participate in safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
