Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating POS, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, replenishing stock, and coordinating with vendors.

Applicants should be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, perform basic computer tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs. Transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
